SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We ship mumio from the Czech Republic to all around the world. 6 EUR shipping charge applies to all countries and quantities.
Shipping time within the European Union is usually 5-7 days.
Shipping time outside the European Union is usually 7-14 days.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major CARDS - VISA, Mastercard, etc. Our payment processor is PayPal.

Furthermore we accept WESTERN UNION transfers. Contact us at info@mumio7.com for details.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order is processed immediately after ordering, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In case of larger orders we may contact you by phone to avoid misunderstanding (mistype, etc.)
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order by phone within 6 hours after receiving order confirmation. In this case provide us with your name and the order number.
RETURNS
You may return all goods within 14 days after receiving the shipment.
procedure:
1) Inform us beforehand by phone or e-mail
2) Send the goods back via registered service to our address
3) The goods cannot show any marks of any usage or wearines and must be shipped in the original packaging, complete and undamaged together with a purchase document
4) If the goods is in good condition we will return you the money by wire transfer or western union
5) Only the money for the goods will be returned, not for the shipping.
RECLAMATIONS AND WARRANTY
We solve possible reclamations with the aim of satisfaction of both sides by individual agreement and in accordance with legal regulations. Inspect the goods after you receive it for possible defects. Inform us immediately if you find any. We are not liable for defects caused by the transporter.
All goods are subject to the terms regulated by law. The warranty covers only manufacture defects.
The warranty does not cover the goods in case it was:
a) used or applied in conditions or in ways which are not usual, not allowed or forbidden
b) damaged by incorrect storing
reclamation procedure:
1) Inform us about the reclamation by phone or e-mai
2) Send the goods back via registered service to our address
3) Always specify the reason for reclamation
4) Attach the purchase document
The reclamation will be processed as fast as possible. Claims can be made only for complete goods.
